December is already here...

Happy Holidays Everyone!! We have been very busy and as usual I have not had time to stop by in a while and give any family updates. Our first big news is G-Father as we call him is back with us and it looks like this time it may be for good. He arrived on December 1st, the same day that Keirstan got the remainder of her braces off. We are all enjoying having him back. This past Friday was Keirstan, Grandpa day. They had a very nice day together playing games and hanging out together. Justin had his sports banquet last Wednesday. For football he received the Most Improved Player. He did have a very good season. We are so proud of him. I took this photo of him in his room where we displayed his award in his new room. We built him a room so that Grandpa Loren would have his very own room.
Thanksgiving weekend Justin and Logan got into the Christmas spirit by decorating their trucks for the holidays. They are quite a pair. They made sure that while decorating that they had Christmas music playing. Look out Minnesota they will be there on January 26th, it may never be the same again!!! Oh yeah, speaking of that, that is our other big news! Logan has family back in Minnesota as well and he was going to be traveling back there to visit his Sister and had asked Justin to go with. Well.........one thing turned into another and since we discovered that tickets are really cheap to fly into Souix Falls and Grandma Bernice wanted to see Keirstan as well as Justin we are sending both kids back there January 26th thru February 2nd.

This was this years holiday picture I choose to share that we took on Thanksgiving day.

Since we have lived in Arizona we have not had a real Christmas tree, this year we decided we would try a small real Christmas tree. So, here is Justin getting a lesson from dear ol' Dad on how to cut the bottom and place it in a tree stand.

Tomorrow, December 14th is G-fathers Birthday, he will be 70. We are planning on taking him out to dinner and Keirstan is making him a special Birthday cake.
Our family wishes you all a very festive and blessed holiday season. Hope to be back soon with more holiday wishes.
