Fun times & Valentines

Dennis's Dad Loren is here with us for a long visit. He arrived on Thursday evening. Justin & Keirstan surprised him and picked him up at the airport.

Friday Dennis took the day off and I worked till noon and then we went to the high school basketball games for Dennis and I to work for the booster club and Dennis to also run the clock.

Loren (Grandpa) won the drawing to make a half court shot to win a prize from the booster club. He did get a t-shirt : o )

Between games Justins friends got Grandpa Groff out on the floor to shoot some baskets with them. Grandpa was pretty popular at the games.

Valentines day was/is a very nice day. I woke up to beautiful flowers. Dennis can be romantic once in a while. But to not confuse me too much, he made sure the card wasn't romantic. (haha)

Justin opening his Valentine gifts from Miranda. Justin is always saying that he doesn't want to growup and he wants to have toys. So Miranda got him a big package of sidewalk chalk.

The kids got their Grandpa a Valentines day card a big box of his favorite candy. Chocolate covered cherries.

Our family got Wii fit this weekend. Lots of fun and laughs. This is suppose to be a fun way to get in shape. If anything our tummies are going to be in shape from all the laughing!


Grandpa has brought to us a "Minnesota card game" polish poker. The game is still going on as I type.


Looks like it is going to be a lot of good times for this long weekend!
