I have to say this post is for Susan Westberg. She made my day today and made me think how special old friends can be even if there are a great deal of miles in between us. I haven't seen Susan in 5 years but today when I read her blog it made me smile and think about how great a friendship can be over the years. Thanks Susan!

This photo was taken of Keirstan and Daphne the day we adopted Daphne from the boxer rescue in Phoenix, we were on our way home and when I looked back, in the backseat Keirstan had fallen asleep cuddling Daphne.
