Mom and Dad got a night out! Since school starts Monday and Keirstan made her school cheer team and Justin is playing football, Friday night was Parents night out! Dennis and I went to Las Vegas for a nice dinner and then we stepped back in time like 20 years and went to see Poison in concert at the Palms. Sebastian Bach and Dokken were the opening bands. We had such a good time! Heck, I think that was the latest I have been up in a looonnng time! Poison didn't get on stage till 10:30. It was a really good show and we had such a good time. As Parents we needed a fun night out before the busy school schedule starts with home work,practices and games and whatever else that gets thrown at us.
I am starting to feel better and hoping all that medical problem nightmare is behind me. I did hit one bump in the road in the recovery process. I ended up with a kidney infection and possible stones in my kidney. I am still hurting some from that but I am still feeling better not having a gallbladder. Thank you all for your cards,phone calls and well wishes, I really appreciate it.
